Summary: Shelly was absolutely amazing! She made my stay feel exceptionally welcoming. The property was a little rustic but I feel that I was integrated into the true Belizean community by the location.I would definitely return if Shelly's personalized professional presence remains at Julia's. Thank you Shelly for your kindness during my stay.

Summary: Nice room with king bed and a kitchenette. Nice to have coffee and a refrigerator in the room. AC worked great! Staff was over the top and made me feel so welcome. I was on motorcycle and they even let me bring in property rather than leaving in a public parking lot blocks away. Great ocean view and great breeze every day. Only drawback and I didn’t find it to be. Barefoot bar right next door so music until about midnight. I was surprised… fell asleep easily and slept great… so like I said maybe not a drawback!

Summary: This will be a place I’ll never forget. From Shellie staying LATE (on her day off) just to get me checked in, to the view from the front porch, to the music next door which was always wonderful to hear! I loved every moment. Thank you Belize and thank you to Julia’s! I will return someday

Summary: Convenient location, right by the beach and one of the main hangout spots in Placencia. The place is a little rustic but awesome beach vibes. Loved the hammock on the porch. The cabin where we stayed is right by the next door bar so it was noisy until midnight. The property managers made that very clear and offered to change our rooms but we stayed. We had live music both nights and the music was great so no complaints. The AC was cold, which was a huge plus. Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay on the beach.

Summary: I didn't pay alot for my room and I got what I paid for. The staff were friendly and helpful enough but the place is quite run down. Noise. The sound from nearby units can be heard as if it is. coming within your own unit. Then there's the bar next door. Great bar but the music goes nightly until midnite or later. So no sleeping for Juliana's guests. The beach and ocean access right in front of Juliana's is a nice feature. And the yard is nicely kept.

Summary: The listing did not mention the noise from the bar next door, music goes until midnight every night. We had issues with the water, first no cold water then no hot water. Bed uncomfortable. TV didn’t work and when they brought a new one that one didn’t work either. We asked to switch to a cabana away from the music and host did nothing. I am not sure how this place has the rating it does when you look at the actual reviews.

Summary: The bar next door is no small one. The music is loud and really energizing until midnight and no earlier whichever night. We had the cabin the closest and didn’t bother trying to sleep before midnight. The cabin is really nice, perfect with AC and the size was nice for two people. We cooked a lot and there were not a lot of ustensiles but we managed. The patio with the view and hammock was our highlight.
